Candidates in packs
Each search delivers a pack of up to 25 candidates, and you can refine it twice with your ratings. Every pack counts the candidates it shows: Starter includes 250 candidates a month, Growth includes unlimited candidates, and the free trial includes 75. Packs use no credits. When the month's candidates are used, new searches pause until your next billing period or an upgrade. Results depend on coverage and your criteria.
Searches are intended for people researching roles in the app. Automated harvesting, account sharing beyond included seats and attempts to bypass bulk pricing are outside fair use. Rate and concurrency safeguards protect availability. Scheduled discovery uses bulk credits.
Bulk discovery
Choose a larger target in Search options: up to 100 profiles costs 10 credits; above that, up to 500 costs 20 credits. The charge is based on your requested target, even when fewer profiles match. The review step confirms the quote before starting.
Interrupted searches resume without another search charge. Confirmed failures release customer credits. Uncertain outcomes remain reserved until reconciled. Partial results count as delivered work.
Enrichment and deep screening
Profile enrichment costs 2 credits per successful lookup, a personal email costs 3 credits, and deep analysis costs 0.15 credits per candidate and role. Missing contact results release the reserved credits. Saved analysis, viewing candidates, fit scores and exporting already unlocked data are free.
One shared monthly balance
Starter is $119 with 1 seat and 250 candidates a month. Growth is $329 with 3 seats and 450 credits. Prices are per workspace per month, in USD, excluding applicable taxes. All included seats share the allowance. Monthly credits expire at the end of the paid period; they do not roll over.
Need more credits? Move to a larger plan at any time. There are no automatic overage charges. Top-ups bought on earlier plans last 12 months from activation, require active paid access and are used in expiry order.
