What is Superceptron?
Superceptron is an agentic AI framework for recruiters, agencies and in-house hiring teams. Describe the role in plain English and its agents plan the search, find candidates by meaning using vector embeddings as well as keywords, and check each one against every requirement, citing the evidence. Verified matches come first, every rating sharpens the search, and outreach goes from your own Gmail only after you approve it.
Who is Superceptron for?
Recruiters, recruitment agencies and in-house hiring teams in the UK, US and other English-speaking markets that need to find candidates beyond their incoming applications and keep research, shortlists and outreach together.
What can I do with it?
Describe a role in plain language and review the must-haves, nice-to-haves and filters before searching. Results arrive while research continues: each candidate is checked against every requirement and marked as a verified match, needing confirmation or not yet reviewed, with a one-line reason per requirement and a LinkedIn profile. Open a profile for career history and tenure, find an email, see talent insights for the search, shortlist candidates, draft outreach and export saved candidates.
How is Superceptron different from other AI sourcing tools?
It shows its working. Every candidate is assessed requirement by requirement, verified matches are listed first, and anything the available evidence does not support is marked to confirm rather than assumed. Email lookups happen only when you ask, and nothing is sent to a candidate without your review.
How much does Superceptron cost?
Superceptron is free to start with 75 candidates and 5 email credits, and no card is required. Paid workspace plans are Starter $119 (1 seat), Growth $329 (3 seats), Agency $799 (8 seats) per month: Starter includes 250 candidates a month and Growth includes unlimited candidates. Personal email lookups use email credits; see the pricing page for current allowances.
Does it replace an applicant tracking system?
No. Superceptron focuses on sourcing, candidate review, outreach and shortlists. Approved candidates can be added to your ATS: a connected ATS gets a direct handoff with a duplicate check by email, and a CSV export imports into any applicant tracking system.
Does it contact candidates or make hiring decisions?
Only with your approval. With Gmail connected, you review each email before it is sent from your own address with an unsubscribe link, and you can stop outreach when someone replies or opts out. LinkedIn and task steps stay as drafts for you to action. Fit assessments support your review; they do not establish candidate interest or predict hiring success.
What does 900M+ searchable profiles mean?
The figure describes licensed searchable professional-profile coverage, not a proprietary database of individually verified candidates. Coverage, freshness and available contact details vary by role, region and source. A search can return fewer profiles than its target.
