How is candidate fit assessed?
Superceptron compares the available professional evidence with the job brief and its requirements. A visible fit score helps organise review. Deeper analysis provides source-backed reasoning, transferable experience and gaps to check for that candidate and role.
What is the difference between a profile and verified evidence?
A discovery record is information returned by a source. It can be incomplete or out of date. A source link makes a claim traceable; it does not independently prove that the claim is true. Check important details with the candidate.
What happens when a skill is not stated?
Treat a missing statement as a question to investigate. It is not proof that a person lacks the skill. Review transferable experience and ask for an example before making a hiring decision.
What does deeper analysis add?
Deep analysis reviews the evidence already available for a candidate against a role. It adds reasoning, transferable experience and questions to resolve. It is separate from profile enrichment and does not require an enrichment purchase. Reopening saved analysis is free.
How should a recruiter use the result?
Read the sources, compare the evidence with the role, confirm gaps and candidate interest, and decide whom to approach. For example, evidence of a retrieval system can be relevant to an AI role, but does not by itself establish production SQL-generation experience.
Are the demos customer results?
No. The homepage walkthrough recreates the workspace with fictional candidates labelled as example data. Illustrative candidates and examples explain the workflow; they are not customer testimonials, independently verified outcomes or hiring guarantees.
