How we work

Built by someone who's made the call from the hiring side.

Superceptron is built by a senior data scientist, not a recruiter. That's deliberate. For data, ML and engineering roles, the useful judgement isn't "does this resume match the ad" — it's "could this person actually do the job." That's a call I've made from the hiring side, many times.

Every resume gets read in full. A ranked shortlist comes back with the reasoning written out for each name, including who missed and why. Nothing gets rejected by a machine, and the final call is always yours.
